The fish are placed on the conveyor belt of the fish dryer and spread out on the feeder by a homogenizing device on the conveyor belt, with a stack thickness of 10-20 cm. After entering the fish dryer, the fish will move in an "S" shape inside the dryer. The transmission part of the fish dryer uses a variable frequency speed control motor, which can control the internal running time of the drying process according to the difference in the moisture content of the fish. The wind speed and air pressure generated by the hot air blower ensure that the hot air is fully and evenly distributed inside the fish dryer. Because the pressure at the bottom is greater than the pressure at the top, the hot air naturally flows upward, passing through each layer of mesh belt. Combined with the movement and rolling of the fish itself, this allows the fish to achieve sufficient heat exchange with the heat, thereby improving the drying efficiency. The dried fish will be discharged through the last layer.

The dryer can be set up with different drying processes according to the customer's drying requirements. The system's intelligent display system adopts segmented control mode, which can set multiple time periods and dry at different temperatures and humidity. The device has its own dehumidification function, and the host can automatically complete the storage and memory function of the heating and drying process. The dryer operates with a smart display + multi-time system, which can accurately control the drying process. The temperature and humidity control has high precision, a humanized display interface, sensitive operation, automatic and intelligent management, and no manual transfer of materials, no need to replace the baking tray and Cart, no need for personnel, convenient and fast.
A fish drying machine is a continuous drying equipment, primarily using electric heating, steam heating, or hot air heating. Its main working principle involves evenly spreading the material on a mesh belt. The material moves within the dryer due to the machine's operation, while hot air vaporizes the moisture in the material, thus achieving the drying purpose.Operating temperature: 40-120 degrees Celsius. Drying cycle: 1-5 hours.
